Defining The New Definition Of Operating Systems

Long awaited and fictitious operating system from Google has been come true, people could not believe Google could ever develop its operating system but now we should start imagine about it because it is going to release next year.

Google Chrome OS is open source and based on its own web browser Google Chrome. Most interesting thing is for application developers because there is web based platform for application development and web based applications will run smoothly. Applications can be developed using favorite web technologies, and these applications will not run only Google Chrome OS but any standard based web browser from windows, Mac and Linus.

As Google says in its blog post operating systems were made in that era when web was not in trend so that operating systems were not made for web but Google Chrome Os is for them who live on the web and their almost time passes on the web, so it is specially for them or users like me and you.

Google plan is to target netbooks because people are buying and using netbooks
As we know it is an OS from Google so few things will be sure and Google is also claiming in its post about speed, Google OS is considered for speed not like windows it will boot in a few seconds and will be ready to work for you as a browser but an operating system and speed comes with its lightweight, second thing is simplicity Google is well known for its simplicity so Google Chrome OS will be as simple as Chrome browser and as functional as Gmail, third thing is security Google Chrome OS will be most safer to work and we believe blindly in Google about security matters.

So what next now?
Yes! As Google reported in its blog post there are more than 30 million users of Chrome Web Browser so it is a large number but not as Firefox users are, but after announcement of Google Chrome OS Chrome users will increase and perhaps Firefox and Internet Explorer users will decrease.

And in more what to say about Microsoft Windows only we are waiting for a big announcement from Microsoft Corporation.

Netlog Adds New Games For You

Belgian social networking website Netlog which is popular among European youths has recently added a new feature  “Games that is in beta, so now if you have an account in Netlog you can play many new games, such games as Ball Lines, Five Dice Pool Practice Pile of Balls and many new games. It is now more easy to pass time on Netlog
Netlog has added one more feature in beta called  “Groups  formerly these groups were known as  “Clan .

What is Twitter 101 Guide? What is Special About It?

Today in the morning Twitter announced  “Twitter 101 A Special Guide “. As we know Twitter is in mainstream, more and more people are using Twitter for their own purpose, for personal use and business use. Day by Day Twitter is getting more important and Twitter founders understand it very well.

Twitter is thinking about future so it is taking advance steps. The problem with Twitter is that many people still don’t know  “What is Twitter?  And Twitter founders know it.

Twitter 101 guide main purpose is to demonstrate Twitter’s usability and it  importance, people are using Twitter in their way but Twitter want to make it more clear by sharing their ideas, and finally how you can use Twitter for your purpose.

As you know Twitter is still not making any money, it is running on received funds. So Twitter  next plan is to monetize Twitter because without money Twitter can not survive longer on its  feet.

Twitter is now going to be more professional in next few days and new users would easily understand Twitter and they will be using it better way.

Bingtweets From Microsoft: Bing+Twitter Again

A few weeks ago Microsoft added some of famous twitter users tweets in bing search results, and it’s again, Microsoft showing its love for Twitter more deeply. Microsoft yesterday announced and launched a new web service Bingtweets, service name describes itself, what about it is all. I will describe more about it.

Microsoft understood power of Twitter and started tweeting but that’s not all, it’s just begging. Basic idea is simple after Bingtweets, means bing and Twiter results side by side at one place or platform.

People are not going mad after Bing yet, idea is to make them mad. Bingtweets is informative, good looking and live site. What Microsoft claims about Bingtweets in its blog post, see the screen shot of blog post.
So now it’s clear if you do not want to visit Bing, you mat stay at Bingtweets, a Twitter powered Bing.

Real time searches are now-a-days in trends, there is more hype then really it is. Real time search engines are also fueling, real times search engines OneRiot and Collecta gives you real time results mostly from Twitter because almost real time data is on Twitter, but when you search real time results at real time search engines you always miss traditional search results at the same time, so you can get the Microsoft’s idea after BingTweets.

Alexa Adds A new feature-Reviews In Site Info Page

Web information company Alexa which provides global ranking and country based ranking for websites, today adds a new feature  “review , now you can read written reviews about any website. You too can write reviews for any website.

This step from Alexa really make senses, I am thinking why Alexa does it so late? In future we read hundreds of reviews for popular websites on Alexa.

A little about Alexa:
Alexa is a web info company which provides top sites list, info about any website, recently hot URLs. You can see your sites Alexa rank global and countrywide, visitor stats, click stream, keywords generating traffic for your website, related links, demographics and many things info in detail. You can edit any site manually if you are owner of a particular site.
